This project which is located in the Leschi neighborhood of Seattle involved a complete renovation of an existing house that was built in 1907.
The basement level was redesigned to provide additional living space. The main level (First Floor) was converted to an open layout which improved the use and quality of shared spaces on the floor. This allowed for an enhanced solar exposure through out the day and the view of Lake Washington and Mt Rainier. The renovation also included expanding and adding new outdoor spaces on both the main floor and upper level.
Tibeb.Space assissted the owners in the selection of finishes and materials that will emphasize the existing features of the residence while at the same time upgrading the overall look.
